Peanut Butter N' Honey Bean Cookies
No flour, no eggs or refined sugar (we use honey) in the Bean Ladies' favourite cookie. Made with Ontario white kidney beans and certified organic gluten-free oats these babies are packed with protein, fiber and antioxidants! Trust us – it will be hard to stop at two -- but guilt-free!!
PS - There’s no need to limit yourself to a few licks of the spoon when no one is looking. This cookie dough is safe to eat, and it's actually good for you.
